Project |01 Staff Development

I have worked closely with Shannon Hunt (owner and head coach of HGA) to develop training for staff members to increase both their coaching abilities’ and leadership skills. I have created ways to keep our staff on the same page. These projects are specifically constructed to generate a staff that works as a team.

Project |02 Athlete Development

I organized and facilitated an athlete leadership development fieldtrip to Howell Nature Center, in Howell Michigan. Through this experience gymnasts’ learned leadership, teamwork, and gained individual confidence, through outdoor group work and high ropes course activates. We ended the day with a debriefing of learned behaviors and discussion of ways we could implement these positive qualities within our home facility. We are now making this a yearly tradition within our team program at HGA.
